Loan amount and loan terms

• For new loans:
• A. Loan amount: Php 3,000- Php 10,000; Loan terms - 5-6 months
• B. Loan amount Php 10,001 - Php 50,000; Loan terms up to 6 months

• For repeat loans:
• A. Loan Amount: Php 3,000- Php 10,000; Loan terms - 5-6 months
• B. Loan amount Php 10,001 - Php 50,000; Loan terms up to 12 months

Number of payments: monthly or bi-monthly

Past Due Interest (PDI) daily rate varies: 0.27% to 0.33%.

Example: daily PDI Php 1,000 x 0.27%, where Php 1,000 is the outstanding principal balance of the installment.

The penalty is applied on the 5th, 30th, 60th, and 90th days of being past due and is calculated as a percentage sum of the overdue payment (principal + interest), at rates of 3%, 5%, 7%, and 10% respectively. For instance, on the 5th day past due penalty: Php 2,500 X 3%, where Php 2,500 represents the overdue payment.

Annual Percentage Rate (APR): 0 - 36%

Minimum period: 90 days

Maximum period: 365 days

Loan calculation:

Total to return = Principal amount + Interest amount

Interest accrued on the outstanding starting principal balance of a loan

Example:

• Loan amount: Php 13,000
• Nominal monthly interest rate: 8% per month
• Term: 6 months
• Compounding Monthly
• Installment amount: Php 2,812 x 6 months
• Interest charged: Php 3,872
• APR = ((3,872 + 0 /13,000)/180) X 365 X100,
• APR = ((Interest + Fees / Loan amount) / N) x365 x100
